The major shareholder of MI "Topola" is Mr. MUHADINOVIC Vukoje, who owns 36.44 % of the company's capital; the second largest shareholder is Mr. MUHADINOVIC Gojko who participates with 24.95 % in the company's capital. Together, these two shareholders hold 61.45 % of the company's shares.

The MI "Topola" hold 74, 51 % of the shares in the company PTK "Panonija" and the 74, 28 % of the shares in the company PP "Pobeda" a.d. Pobeda.

The MI "Topola" possess its own Veterinary station - IMT Pobeda, which is registered for veterinary services as for own needs.
