Medium-life sausages are made of minced pork and beef meat, adipose fat, bowels and some additional ingredients. These sausages are outnumbered and in variety regarding their ingredients and quality. They are filled into impermeable foils of different diameter sizes. They are thermally processed with or without smoke, seasoned with various spices which give them pleasant aroma and smell.

Simultaneously with preparation process bacon gets pleasant flavour and the smell typical for the smoked bacon. The representative of these products is "panceta". Medium life bacons are smoked and roasted, with very pleasant flavour and smell.
