This approves that the product Čajna Sausage, produced from carefully selected pieces of meat of flawless quality, has entered the family of the best products from the territory of the Province. The control of the raw materials, additives and production material is controlled by an experts team in a modern equipped laboratory. In modern air conditioning chambers, the flow of ripening is monitored, and when the product is ready for the market, once again laboratory testing is carried out, and after receiving the approval it is packaged and distributed to the market.
Under the slogan “When You Want Home-made” The meat industry Topola continues the way to an even higher level of quality of its products. Products present on the domestic market are produced from domestic raw material, that is, from fattening pigs produced on our farms.
