THE BEST OF VOJVODINA

The Government of AP of Vojvodina in 2004 decided to establish the “Best from Vojvodina” label, and the Čajna Sausage of Meat Industry Topola has been carrying this prestigious label since 2006.

This approves that the product Čajna Sausage, produced from carefully selected pieces of meat of flawless quality, has entered the family of the best products from the territory of the Province. The control of the raw materials, additives and production material is controlled by an experts team in a modern equipped laboratory. In modern air conditioning chambers, the flow of ripening is monitored, and when the product is ready for the market, once again laboratory testing is carried out, and after receiving the approval it is packaged and distributed to the market. In addition to the internal quality control, Čajna Sausage is also controlled in accredited laboratories of recognized Institutes specialized in external analyses, in order for the product to be entitled to carry the label of the Best from Vojvodina.

The goal of establishing the above mentioned label is to identify the highest quality products from Vojvodina. The effort of manufacturers to protect their unique brand with extinguished reputation has also been recognized, and all awarded brands – seven in total, fulfil the European product quality standards – have HACCP and ISO certificates. The label is carried by natural, agricultural, craft, industrial and handicraft products and manifestations at the territory of Vojvodina.
